Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied with your order you may request a return within 30 days of your purchase. To be eligible for a return, your items must have the original tags and be in the original condition you received it in.
Damaged Or Defective Items:
We check every item for damages or defects before we ship them out to you but we are human and sometimes make mistakes. if you receive a Damaged or defective item please email a picture of the issue at glamlillyboutique@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your order. item must have its original tags.
Exchanges:
Due to limited inventory of each item we do not offer direct exchanges for the simple reason we cannot guarantee the item you are trying to exchange will still be available. If you are needing a different size or color, please reorder the size/color you need and return the original item back for a refund OR you can send the item back and indicate you would like a store credit to re-purchase the item in correct size/color you need.
